This was such a sweet story, and I loved how Stannis and Sansa interacted. I was surprised that Stannis picked out the gift himself, and the meaning behind it. See, Stannis, you CAN endear yourself to a beautiful woman, you just have to want to do it. I also liked your second to last line, the imagery great:
Yet as she looked, she thought of her mother and how simply she’d dressed, of the day Stannis had confessed why he put little trust in gods, how she had once worn the finest gowns in Westoros in front of a court that held no friends.
