I love that you wrote another fill for this. :D It's such an interesting prompt that can be done in so many different ways. I love, of course, that Jon is in this (because my Stannis/Jon shipping knows no bounds), and how he's trying to understand Stannis through understanding who Davos is, the man Stannis apparently respects most. And little Devan is so adorable - of course Stannis doesn't read to Shireen. :( And, yes, Jon would definitely think more highly of Stannis for appointing a smuggler by his hand, if only because that might mean that Stannis could some day see something other than a bastard in him.

I'd LOVE to see a meeting between Jon and Davos. In fact, I might have to prompt that right now. It'd be great if you wrote that. :D
