Viserys is just such a sad, broken character, and honestly I never really thought about his relationship with Elia and Rhaenys, but something about the prompt was just 'yes, this is right.' And I just adore Elia so I can imagine her taking Viserys under her wing, and at the same time, him being a comfort to her, as well, one of the only Targaryens who she is just enough for, just as she is.
